The Hispanic Scholarship Fund is the largest and most respected supporter of higher education in the Latino community. HSF’s unique relationship with our alumni and students enables us to directly connect diversity-minded employers to the community. A recruitment campaign uses multiple communications vehicles to brand you within the HSF community as a whole, while also ensuring that your recruiting message gets the attention of the particular candidates you’re targeting. Concurrent with newsletter advertising, banner ads and job board listings, HSF provides direct outreach to candidates that are matched to your needs, based on a variety of selection criteria, such as years of experience, university major and degree level.

Realizing the need for career information among our students and recent graduates, HSF offers companies the opportunity to build their recruiting brand by informing and educating about industries, career paths and jobs. Companies may write and sponsor these articles, which are then featured in HSF’s monthly e-newsletter, which has a circulation to over 13,000 HSF scholars and alumni. Articles will also be posted long-term under the Career Resources section on the HSF Career Center website.
